To ensure delivery of the desired products in the shortest lead time, we start production on the day of order acceptance. We can accept changes or cancellations by 8 PM EST on the day of the order placement free of charge.
Cancellation after 8 PM EST on the day of the order placement will be subject to a 35% cancellation charge based on the listing price.
